wide choice of activities for kids. service at the restaurant was pretty fast which is a plus for family with small children. check-in was smooth.
poor cleanliness, both in room (suite) and in children area (chips, nuts, hairs, dust) everywhere.
maintenance of common area was very poor (outdoor playground is really sad) playrooms are extremely outdated and not fully functional. same to be said for our suite (few lights out of order, card holder at the entrance broken).
few things did not leave up to expectations:
- petting zoo (5 chickens),
- outdoor lake looks more like a pond
kind yet inattentive staff at the restaurant: on a daily basis we had to ask for the same things couple of time.
