El entorno.

El personal es muy desatento, poco cordial principalmente la persona que te recibe en el lobby, no les interesa para nada conectar con el huésped, no es posible que te presten algo de cubiertos o platos o incluso que puedas usar una mesa, las camas individuales más incómodas de mi vida, pegadas a la pared, demasiado pequeñas, el tema de la temperatura fatal, pasas un calor horrible y pides que te lo gradúen y de entrada dicen que no , que es calefacción central y que pues dejemos la ventanas abiertas, el baño se inunda al no tener un buen desnivel o sistema de desagüe, en fin una experiencia fatal, si tienes afán por los tour y quieres sacar algo del desayuno al no darte tiempo, te dicen que no, de hecho tienen una persona vigilando que no lo hagas, y que te diga que si lo haces te lo cobran carísimo porque tienen cámaras.

La hostería es muy linda, tiene unas vistas hermosas desde el lobby y comedor. La habitación es muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo. El personal del comedor y de limpieza super agradable y profesional.

Tiene restaurante, pero es caro para la calidad de servicio que prestan. La recepción podría ser un poco más hospitalaria. Llegue antes del horario del check-in y por poco no me echaron. No esperaba poder entrar, pero tampoco que me mandaran a volver mas tarde sin más conversación o sin ofrecer siquiera un baño o lugar donde estar. Tenía contratada una excursión con una vianda que debían entregar y tuve que salir a retirarla porque el hotel no dejaba entrar a la gente a dejarla para mi en recepción

the room is large and there are one full size bed and one twin bed. very comfortable. The location was fine however had to walk on a hill.

The hotel doesn’t provide hot water to the guests except in the breakfast which has never seen in the other places. I was there for four nights and everyday, I had to find hot water some other places such as restaurants, to bring it back in such a cold weather! It is insane. This people should not open hotel if they don’t care about the travelers. The aptitudes toward non Spanish speakers is cold. You can find every inconvenient in details. The food labels are all non English, six jam jars standing, couldn’t tell what’s in there. The staff never bother to ask us what we need. They didn’t understand nor say hot or cold in other language. The staff was standing there stared at us eating yet do nothing to help. It was very uncomfortable to eat there. The food were not fresh, the fruits were served the same each day, I can tell many are the leftovers. The bathroom shower water is out of control, we were the for four nights, nobody bother to repair it.

Loved this property. Great location tom the town. Stylish interior with lovely rooms. Breakfast was good too. I have no hesitation recommending Hosteria Los Canelos when you are looking for a place to stay in El Calafate

The location is nice. Rooms are ok. Wifi is good. Breakfast is nice. Stuff was really helpful

We stayed twice. First room was nice. The second room the heating head some kind of leakadge... Some of the bathroom facilities require a bit fixing... Again small stuff compare to the whole package... We really enjoyed our stay
