Friendly staff
We found a dirty sock in the room plus used block of hand soap, glasses had dust and we wondered if the toilet had been used
Drain in the shower not working well
Lights didn’t work well
Check in after 17. ( sign on the door), at 17 no one there and we tried 3 phone numbers and none were picked up
Lady arrived at 17.20 and stated that check in was after 17.30, contradicting with the text on the door

"We really loved our stay at Cal Llop! It’s gives you the unique opportunity to get to know Gratallops, the lovely restaurants, amazing people and Patrick (make sure to visit Saó del Coster)."
