Ljubljana ist absolut sehenswert!

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, modernes Bad. Klima funktionierte nicht, sie haben es sofort behoben. Location( gekoppelt mit Patisserie) sehr bunt und aussergewöhnlich. Die Lage gut da man die Altstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 5 min erreichen kann

1.Abend Party im Hinterhof bis tief in die Nacht. Daher sehr laut. Morgenessen nicht so nach unserem Geschmack/Erwartung.

Cozy just like home

The reception was helpful and informative about the nearby public transport or bus station available and tourist attractions and so the waitress on duty during the breakfast hour,very friendly😊

Maybe can add tooth brush and tooth paste in toiletries

Passable

Ideal location in walking distance to bus/railway station and old town in the opposite direction. Very friendly young ladies at reception. Easy check-in with many information, also about restaurants. Free transfer from the airport. Good shower in bathroom.

The hotel has no lobby and no restaurant. Breakfast is at a nearby café as of 8am (with a queue in front). Even if one orders the day before at the reception, the breakfast only arrives about 30 minutes later. Too late, if one goes for excursions, so I skipped three of six breakfasts (which are included in the rate). Since the café is closed on Sundays one is sent to a hotel 500m away, where there is a good buffet as of 7am. Staying twice at this accommodation I was given a nice room on the second floor the first time. Requesting the same room, if possible on my return, I was given instead a tiny room at the backside of the first floor. There was hardly any space for anything and I had to leave the suitcase between the bed and the glass wall to the bathroom. I don't know how two people should manage in such a double room. In the bathroom there is no soap dispenser, just two small plastic bottles. Towels get exchanged daily, which is a bit exaggerated. The floor on the other hand was never dry cleaned. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but I did not make myself a coffee, since the sachets by Jacobs came as 3 in one (thus coffee with milk and sugar, which I dislike). There is just a small elevator up to the first floor (on the backside is a staircase, but with a door that only opens from the inside). To the second floor there is just a narrow staircase. The hotel only accepts cash payment (on arrival).

Felt like a budget motel. Basic supplies like tissue paper, hair conditioner not available. Linen though clean could do with replacement.

Parking:it says it has secure parking but it means you have to pay. Elevator only works for 1st floor Some construction going on.

Central location. Doesn't look great from the outside but rooms are modern and nicely decorated.

Great location, recently remodeled. Friendly and helpful staff.

Vacuum needs to be used in less obvious areas.

Unexpected hospitality

It is near the centre. You can enjoy the main touristic view by walking. Also all the bus services was close to the hotel. They offered free water. The girl on the reception was very friendly. They also gave us gift during check out. They gave us piran salt as a souvenir.

It was a couple room but they gave us 2 single blankets which we really didint like.

The pictures were accurate. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and even answered me immediately about a question I had before arrival.

I don’t like the fact that room access is only via elevator. And the elevator is super tiny. Just me, a child and a backpack and no exaggerating we barely fit. The light system in the rooms is very nice but I don’t understand why the night stands don’t have plugs for phone chargers.

Will stay here again. Quiet, safe, great location, and clean.

The room was clean and quiet and close to city center.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable but we still slept ok.

Very good pleasant stay

Location, staff very friendly nice breakfast

Lift was not working could only go to the 1st floor and we had a pushchair but the staff did offer us a solution to store the pushchair for us so we didn't have to carry up and down the stairs

Great, would definitely come again.

It is located close to the bus station, on one of the central streets in Ljubljana. There are many shops and cafes nearby. The staff speaks good English and is always ready to help.

You can hear pretty clearly what happens over the door, but this is a problem for many hotels.

This place should be condemned or converted to a hostile

NOTHING. (except the girls at the front desk were very helpful)

Everything. It was a closet. There was no room to put a suit case let alone luggage for a four day stay. It offered nothing. The soap and shampoo were basically water. ( fortunately we had our own). The elevator barely fit two slim people and a small bag. They accept only cash. No closet, no shelving or drawers, no where to put anything. The breakfast offered at the cafe next was over priced, cold, dry and inedible, served by rude staff. The room was hot and stuffy wit no control of the temperature. Opening the window was refreshing but the street noise was unbearable. Also no black out curtains. You would be wise not to recommend this property to any one. Even after four days of rain we loved Ljubljana but our stay in that excuse of a hotel was a real downer.
