A really unique place, 20 minutes walk away from the beach.

This is a very cosy little house in a very special setting. Very quiet and very romantic! Big enough for 4 people. It has air-condition and a wonderful little terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped for light cooking. And the host is just wonderful! THe close-by swimming area is the nicest we found around the entire lake.

Weiden as a village is a bit quiet, but it has very good restaurants.

I am sure it would be very helpfull for other people who decided to pay 108,50 euro per night.

Location is really good

We travell a lot and using booking.com a lot as well. The first time in our live we had to leave the place earlier that we planned (after the first night). Why? It was dirty (a lot of dust, spider’s webs almost in every corner), wet from the ground (moldy smell in the house, no matter if you open all windows). The house is wet not from the rain (like family members tried to explain) but you can smell it and see it on the cracked wet walls. Family invest no time and no money to make it better or fix anything which is not in good condition (for exemple door handles). And they still call this house „CLEAN“ even we showed them the same things which you can see on pictures. The price for that kind of super low standard sounds like a bad joke. During our short visit we experienced even more: „warm welcoming from family“ We arrived and not very friendly neighbour let us in and screamed at the family from outside, that guest are here. We could hear that family is eating on the terace, so we were waiting for instructions. No one was coming. After a while kids appeared, then left inside again, then we waited another 5 minutes. Finally busy lady came, said that she is very busy with cooking. She showed us a house, we asked if they have towels, the answer was „i don’t know“ (towels were there). In the wardrobe we found even someone’s socks... We explained Ms. Bruner why we are leaving but it was very hard for her to accept it and she asked us to pay for 2 nights because we should know we booked „old house“. So we explained her that „old is old and dirty is dirty“ and payed for 1 night. In the end she accepted it but later her daughter came with same questions and we had to explained it and show it again. „free parking“ We had to wait, till people parking in front of the restaurant next door will finish their dinner and leave. So after they are gone, yes, you can have free parking. Coffe machine without coffee No more words needed.
