Staff were friendly, breakfast facilities were fantastic and the bed was so comfy I had a fab night sleep

The room is advertised as having a smart TV but we were unable to access any smart features

Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise.

The cleaner tried to enter the room at 10 even thou checkout was up to 11 am

the bed was very comfy, interior was pretty, kitchen had good facilities. The bathroom floor was also heated which was such a nice quality. The Tv was big and easy to watch from bed. easy to sync from your phone, making Netflix accessible, etc.

In the photos of the room we booked it had a table and chairs and a view of the river, in reality we had to eat breakfast on the bed which was a bit inconvenient and the view was still nice but not as lovely as a river view.

Room was clean and had all amenities that were needed. Staff were helpful and grab and go breakfast was perfect for a city stay.

The room was well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect for a little weekend away! It’s all really modern and lots of perks such as the free takeaway breakfast and hot drinks, white company toiletries. They also got my partner a birthday surprise which was a nice touch. The staff were lovely too and the location was ideal for the Quayside full of restaurants and museums etc. will definitely stay at Roomzzz if we visit the area again.

The only thing that let our stay down was a strange smell (I think we were in room 606). I was unsure if it was a foist, or smoke smell but it left a horrible smell on our clothing left in the room.

my only critique is the location - in the night I could hear a lot of sirens going past which seemed really really loud. obviously there’s not much you can do to avoid that, unless you put earplugs in the rooms for customers who might be more bothered about the noise than us.

the cleanliness of the place was fantastic, the white company shower gels were amazing.

I paid £255 for the apartment for one night and the view I got was a big skip outside the window just thought the apartment would of been a bit bigger for the money. and also the telly remote never worked
