It was extremely close to the bus station, easy to find with a helpful and friendly receptionist and check in was easy. The hotel was spotless and the room was surprisingly modern and well decorated, plenty big enough, and the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and the towels were white and again were spotless. An electric kettle was supplied with a selection of teas and coffees and a tv and air conditioning was present as well as sufficient wardrobe and shelf space. The bathroom and shower were again perfectly clean and a hair dryer, soap and shampoo were supplied. It was a room suitable for either an overnight stay or for a longer period of time.
This is not a complaint but the hotel is not suitable for someone with lesser mobility as there is a flight of stairs to the first floor. I had a heavy dive bag which made things interesting although I was offered help when I arrived and was given help when I left when an employee rushed to take my bag downstairs for me. Great customer service.

The hotel was very good, its staff was very helpful, the cleanliness well maintained. I have visited this hotel a couple of times and it has kept its standard.
The noise of the visitors.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cosmos. We really appreciated that parking was available, which was very convenient for us.
The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, but unfortunately, the smell in our room was unpleasant. The air conditioner also seemed dirty and smelled bad when running, which made the room less comfortable. Hopefully this can be addressed with better cleaning and maintenance.

Good location near bus station, good staff and not bad breakfast.
The air is very stale, with a lot of dust. Recommendation: buy a humidifier and pay attention to the air quality in the room. When the air conditioner is on, the air is dusty, which makes it very uncomfortable.
