Superb

Location near the beach. Friendly staff. We asked for room at upper floors and received a quiet room with side sea view on the 5th floor! Would come back

Good

Not so hot for rooms located at first floor, due to the trees in the back. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Lots of noise, due to the near-by clubs and the beds are not great. The beach in front on the hotel is a major disappointment. Not a great value for money, considering there was also no breakfast included.

Great location, building inside needs some love and care

location, parking, room with balcony and a view to the ocean

No hair dryer in the room (asked twice, they promise they will send one, but it never happened) My TV had only one channel, the remote did not change channels, could only adjust the sound. The sync was leaking and made a paddle on the floor.

There was a noise of water flowing through pipes from time to time, presumably every time after the toilet was used by a neighbor, so sadly I had a sleep with several wake-ups.

Good hotel, with amiable staff, a few (temporary most likely) problems and a below par beach.

The room was very clean as well as the hotel in general. The room had curtains which blocked the sun. The room had wooden floors. The furniture was fairly new. Good position (except the beach), near Mamaia’s Casino. Free parking was available.

At night there were a lot of bugs on the balcony but the hotel staff most likely knew about this as in the morning they were dead (assuming various pesticides were used), and, after letting them know, the balcony was cleaned during the day. This process was repeated for a few days, until near the end of my stay, there were way less bugs. Also there was a problem with the sewer system, as most of the time there was an awful smell in the hotel lobby, and rarely in the room’s bathroom. The beach placed in front of the hotel was “remade” and extended a while ago and the sea is pretty far off. The worst part is that in this process sand was barely used, and the beach is composed mainly of “land with shells”.

Pleasant stay

Polite & helpful staff; pleasant atmosphere & design; nice room with a balcony with not so nice view; spotless clean; good location with various restaurat and cafe options at the doorstep; beach nearby (not the best beach tho)
