La amplitud del apto, la tranquilidad del lugar, las maravillosas vistas, las piscinas, el pueblo precioso, el garaje, TODO.

Es un lugar maravilloso, pero como crítica constructiva y a fin de mejorar aún más, diría que se nota un poco falta de mantenimiento en algunos detalles: la puerta del dormitorio no cierra, uno de los enchufes junto a la cama no funciona, bombillas en cocina y baño fundidas, ..Pero repito que aún así volveríamos!!

La limpieza del apartamento. Las piscinas cubierta y al aire libre. El garaje.

Habíamos ido varias veces a estos apartamentos y siempre muy contentos pero la verdad que esta última visita ha sido un tanto decepcionante: Debíamos entrar al apartamento a las 15h pero no nos enviaron el código hasta las 19h y eso después de estar muchas horas llamando a diferentes teléfonos... Luego nos quisieron dar un apartamento diferente al que reservamos, por lo que se perdió más tiempo. Y para finalizar, despues de la primera noche, uno de los colchones estaba totalmente hundido por el centro así que me dejó la espalda destrozada y, a pesar de avisar a la propiedad, no nos lo cambiaron, por lo que no pudimos descansar durante toda la estancia. Ha perdido calidad este alojamiento.

La tranquilidad del lugar. El párking cubierto. Las piscinas. La amplitud del apartamento. La privacidad....Repetiremos seguro!!

La verdad es que es un lugar fantástico, pero a modo de crítica constructiva fue una pena que la cama del dormitorio fueran dos camas individuales en lugar de una doble. Además las dos camas no se podían juntar.. El grifo de la bañera tenía una arandela suelta y perdía un poco de agua por el flexo, aunque pudimos apretarlo nosotros.

A perfectly positioned apartment. Great place for a golfing couple. Great parking and easy access to visit Spanish golfing.

Apartment 1B is a one bed property that I rented. It is well equipped and more than big enough for two people, with practical and functional furniture, a large terrace and access to outdoor and an indoor heated pool (indoor pool the only one open during winter period) Fantastically located in the beautiful village of Benahavis. Marbella and the coast are a very short drive away. You will need a car for this location unless you don’t plan to do anything for your trip. Air conditioned & heated. Free parking. Washing machine/fridge/freezer/hob/oven/microwave/kettle/toaster/coffee machine provided and all in working order and spotlessly clean. Two single beds next to each other, rather than a double. Perfectly comfortable for a short break. Chris & Jo the hosts are fantastic with their communication and nothing is too much trouble. Will be back in early 2023

Sounds trivial but I do want to mention there is only enough hot water for one person to shower for three/four mins max then it’s run out. We ended up taking it in turns on alternate days. There is a large bath in the bathroom, but this is pointless as there won’t be enough water. Then the water has run out for a good couple of hours. Did report this to the hosts who of course apologised, but other reviews seem to mention it too. Perhaps the heater is not big enough. Either way, if you’re booking this for an out of season break (when it is a bit chilly!) and fancied using the spa bath then you won’t have the water to do so (and the spa function doesn’t function) Instructions for the car park need to be updated to state you park outside, go into apartment, get the car park gate fob and come back and park. We sat in front of the gates wondering if they’d open. Soon worked out our mistake.
