Easy access by lift. Michel was very helpful and the location was perfect, just a short walk to Lucca centre.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location was brilliant for being able to park just outside the city walls without paying the ZTL and the parking was free after 8pm. Michele was very helpful and came down to find us.
A/C did not work but we didn't need it.
