Loved that it was central to everything

Liked that it was located back from the main roads which was quieter

The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked especially when you have 2 large suitcases to maneuver

Staff was friendly and helpful, room is small but has everything we needed. Clean bathroom, great shower 🚿 however they don’t have Smart Tv in our room. Bed was comfortable and room is clean, but a bit small.

Fine Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The location is good, not far away from the little Japan. Although the room is not big, but it's tidy and clean. The 11/f complimentary breakfast surprise me, it's was good, especially the pho.

The room ventilation can be improved. The hot water seems come from the central water heater, I don't have enough hot water to finish a 5 min shower.

Exactly what we booked and paid for. Front staff were exceptional.

If anyone walked out from the breakfast buffet hungry then we have no idea why. Every nationality was catered for. Our room was exactly what we booked plus extra views. While location is in a quieter part of town, everything is within walking distance. The pool was great and to be able to hang there after checkout and have a shower before flying out was a huge bonus at no extra charge. Wifi worked throughout the floors and we only had to log in once which was a bonus.

Great Hotel, Highly Recommended. Opt for the larger room and eat at the restaurant(excellent food)

Our First stay was in a medium room, however our last stay was in a larger room with separate bathroom and TV relaxing room and street view. Extremely comfortable bed and facilities and cleanliness. Breakfast is at the restaurant on top floor with great views of the Saigon River. So many choices from Asian to Western food all delicious. We often ate there for lunch and dinner always served by the happy, smiling staff who are so nice. As stated it was so good we stayed twice, on arrival in Vietnam and 5 days before going home. Receptions staff and concierge are excellent and always willing to assist and happy in their job. I highly recommend this Hotel. Close to the main area of HCMC and Dong Khoi and Nguyen Hue Sts. Thanks to all the staff.

Staff were proactively helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet t rooftop and very nice. Location very convenient for explorations but on a quiet street.

Pool very small and way over chlorinated. Room USA style small so narrow desk very uncomfortable. But staff were really top shelf.

Staff were very friendly. It was good that the room was clean as well.

the rooms were interconnecting and very noisy. I didn't know that when I made the reservation, so I was very disappointed when I stayed. Lobby has a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel needs to do something about this.

Staff very helpful and solicitous. Breakfast buffet was quite incredible.

Only thing is no lounges at rooftop pool so cannot just relax. Sent up only for serving drinks and food. In room desk in twin room small cramped. But a very pleasant stay and good value.
