The social hub has always been a clean hotel regardless of which one of their branches I visit. The staff is always friendly, the process of check-n and check-out is smooth, facilities are cozy and nice. The experience has always been pretty good.
Nothing really, it was a one day stay at Paris, this was my first time at this branch. I'd probably only advise them to offer more competitive pricing so that the added value is even higher.

Clean and modern. Pool is as an amazing bonus! All the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and even supplied us with a bottle opener to use during our stay! Thanks we will definitely come back again!

The hotel is located in Puteaux, in the La Défense area, and I was especially impressed by the pool and the entire relaxation area around it. The pool infrastructure is very comfortable, and the whole space is beautifully designed and has a really pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I also really liked the overall design and atmosphere of the hotel — it feels modern, lively and well thought out.

Super helpful staff, lovely toiletries, the gym was so well equipped and having the patio/terrace/pool was wonderful. Breakfast was healthy and plentiful.
Also water/fruit left in reception area throughout the day.
To be super picky, the fire doors slam quite loudly when traversing the corridors so I'd be careful to ask for a room away from any doors.
