Nice old building with elegant touches, exposed brick work in places etc. Enjoed the traditional breakfast - colazione -of croissant and coffee in the nearby cafe right in the misddle of the tourist action. We were touring by bicycle and were able to park the bikes safely in the property
The mattress on the bed in our room (Teseo) was too soft.
Also, the notice asking guests not to put toilet paper into the toilet is a bit harsh. And stating that guests would be charged for any damage to the sewer line seems over the top.

Very central

I was very pleased that my room was so comfortable, and was cleaned daily if I wished it to be.
Although advertised as B&B , there was no breakfast in the full meaning of the word. There was a kettle and a coffee machine in a room leading on to a small courtyard. A small roll and jam and butter would have been appreciated, or it might have been clearer to say "facilities to make tea and coffee" There was no one around during my stay, except the cleaner .

Good location and a good sized room and bathroom
Bed and pillows were too firm for our liking and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working it had an error code

"Great location, clean, comfortable. Cyclist-friendly as there is an inner courtyard where we could lock our bikes overnight. Nice to have a coffee machine for the morning. Easy self check in, lovely c..."
