Located in Costa Rei, this attractive house for $137 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Both inside and outside of the house is all set for a relaxing holiday and comfortable: from furniture to equipment. Air conditioning, safe, large and small appliances from toasters, irons, microwave, a washing machine, dishwasher-safe, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, satellite TV (all new and functional). From the house you can access the Internet Wi-Fi free. (It is included in the rental price).. I will give you all the necessary information. We are husband and wife free from work commitments. Both retired, we dedicate our free time to the care of the house and the garden with passion. We like everything to be perfect to welcome our guests in the best way. The house has three rooms, one room with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining area with open kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower. All windows have mosquito nets The house can comfortably accommodate four people. For very small children, a cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge. Important: if you need it, please request it at the time of booking. The linen is included in the rental price. for a stay. The spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation space is cool and breezy. The garden, enclosed, lawned garden flowers and trees is very suitable for children to play. Two outdoor showers with hot water: very useful when coming back from the beach In addition, the built-in barbecue allows barbecuing outdoors. Adjacent to the porch is the utility room with washing machine, pan, and everything you need for cleaning. You will find the beach equipment: umbrella and folding lids. Next to the entrance gate, there is a private parking space, convenient because it has been expanded recently. Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Gastgeber
Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet/gepflegt. Leo und Luisella sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, sehr zentral, aber ruhig und alles (inkl. Strand) ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an unsere sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeber.

Wir fühlten uns so gemütlich als ob wir zu Hause wären. Bei unserer sehr späten Anreise wurde für uns ein ganzer Korb mit diversen Leckereien vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man im Haushalt benötigt.

Strandurlaub mit Familie
Leo & Luisella sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Es ist ein kleines Paradies: Der Garten mit mit frischen Trauben, Feigen, Pflaumen, Äpfel, Kräuter, Feuerstelle/Grill, kühlen Schatten und Aussensitzplatz. Das Haus mit Klimaanlage, gut ausgestatteter Küche, bequemen Betten. Leo & Luisella haben uns Getränke in Kühlschrank, frisch gebacken Kuchen und weitere Früchte, Kaffee und vieles mehr geschenkt. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass Sonnenschirme, Liegestühle, Strandspielzeuge benützt werden können. Rundum erholsame Ferien!

Le foto non rendono merito alla ricchezza del giardino di questa proprietà, incastonata in un piccolo scrigno verde ricco di frutti e fiori. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata fantastica, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Posizione ottima e spazi adeguati per una famiglia di 4 persone. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. Bellissima vacanza a Costa Rei
La casa è molto accogliente, completa di tutti gli accessori e le comodità. Ci è stata consegnata come da istruzioni perfettamente pulita e igienizzata. La veranda ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare sempre fuori con la vista del giardino perfettamente curato. Il posto auto adiacente alla proprietà non fa venire pensieri di parcheggio al ritorno dalle varie escursioni che si possono fare o dalle varie bellissime spiagge che si possono visitare a non più di 20 minuti di auto. Situata in luogo tranquillo ma a 2 passi dal mare, supermercati e ristoranti, è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. I proprietari Luisella e Leo sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi per ogni necessità, molto gradita è stata anche la ciambella al limone che ci hanno fatto trovare come benvenuto.
Insomma, tutto perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie ancora a Luisella e Leo.

Bellissima vacanza
La casa è perfettamente organizzata, curata nei minimi dettagli oltre che accogliente e ben arredata, molto bello anche il giardino e il piccolo orto di cui abbiamo gustato i prodotti e la frutta, inoltre comoda, vicina ai negozi e alla spiaggia ma allo stesso tempo in zona tranquilla, che dire… meglio di cosi c’è solo il tiramisù che abbiamo trovato nel frigo al ns arrivo, grazie ancora a Luisella e Leo per l’ospitalità

Wunderschön und kinderfreundlich
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll, es ist bis ins Detail durchdacht und super ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum mit vielen Blumen und Obstbäumen! Man spürt, wie viel Liebe Leo und Luisella in den Garten und die Einrichtung des Hauses stecken.
Auch für Kinder ist das Haus super geeignet, der Garten ist eingezäunt, neben Hochstuhl und Babybett gibt es auch Spielzeug, eine Babybadewanne und Kinder-Geschirr. Auch sonst ist im Haus alles vorhanden, eine komplette Ausstattung für den Strand, alle Basics zum Kochen und auch Kleinigkeiten wie Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs.
Auch an der Lage gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Strand und Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Gastronomie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Beautiful house in the center of costa rei
The hosts Leo and Luisella welcomed us warmly and even with a freshly baked cake in their beautiful house with the lovely garden surrounding it. Everything was very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in direct proximity to the center of Costa Rei. Only the mosquitoes didn't leave us at peace. But other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend it warmly to anyone coming to Sardinia! Thanks for hosting us!

Wirklich toll!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich von dem italienischen Ehepaar in Empfang genommen. Sie begrüßten uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen (Zutatenliste auf Deutsch beigefügt), Wein, Obst und frischen Kräutern, Brot und weiteren Getränken im Kühlschrank. Unglaublich! Die Unterkunft ist sardisch-modern eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man benötigt und mehr. So findet man vom Fön über einen Verbandskasten über eine komplette Küchenausstattung inklusive Spülmaschine und Tabs, einer Außenwaschmaschine und Außendusche in einem traumhaft bepflanzten Garten einfach alles. Die Unterkunft liegt fußläugig zu Restaurants und Supermärkten und dem Strand. Man könnte noch mehr schwärmen, aber überzeugt euch selbst.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus mit wunderschönem Garten sehr genossen! Es ist alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen sowohl im Haus als auch auf der schönen Veranda, im Garten und am Strand braucht (für letzteres stehen rollbare Strandliege, Klappstühle, Handtücher, Sonnenschirme und Kinderspielsachen zur Verfügung). Die Vermieter, Luisella und Leo, haben uns äußerst nett empfangen und uns gleich mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und diversen Getränken und Lebensmitteln versorgt. Die Verständigung klappte prima, obwohl wir so gut wie kein Italienisch können. Im Garten konnten wir uns an den verschiedenen Obstbäumen, Gemüse und Kräutern sowie den kleinen Geckos, Eidechsen und Vögeln erfreuen. Wir würden Unterkunft und Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffen, einmal wiederkommen zu können!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich hier sofort zu Hause. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt, für warme und für kühle Tage.....Da unser Wetter in der Reisezeit sehr kühl war, haben wir uns auch im Haus aufgehalten und fühlten und rundum wohl, Dank der Klimaanlage, die auch für warme Luft sorgte.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns sehr gastfreundschaftlich empfangen. Wir brauchten nicht einmal einkaufen gehen, da für alles liebevoll gesorgt war, Kuchen, Wein, Kaffee, Nudeln, Blumen, Apfelsinen usw. Der Garten lädt dazu ein, draußen zu verweilen. Man findet immer ein beschauliches Plätzchen.

Ganz liebe Gastgeber, die uns mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen haben. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein, mit vielen Blumen, Kräutern zum Kochen, man kann einfach abschalten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir (2 Erwachsende, 3 Kinder (3,5,6) verbrachten regnerische aber trotzdem schöne Ferien in Costa Rei.
Wir hatten mit den Vermietern Leo und Luisella einen Glückstreffer. Sie sind sehr nett und sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Obwohl sie kein Deutsch sprechen oder verstehen war die nie ein Problem und die Verständigung klappte ohne Probleme.
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und mit Allem ausgestattet was während den Ferien benötigt wird. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ebenfalls gibt es einen herrlichen Garten welcher auch sehr schön ist. Zum Strand sind es max. 15 Minuten (mit kleinen Kindern). Vielen lieben Dank für die großzügige und liebevolle Beherbergung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus an ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter, Leo und Luisella, sind äusserst freundlich. Luisella hat gar einen feinen Kuchen für uns gebacken, Wein und Getränke im Kühlschrank gab es auch. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten ist umzäunt, man kann also die Kindern unbesorgt draussen spielen lassen. Herzlichen Dank!

We (familiy with 2 children 12 & 13 year) were welcomed by Leo and Luisella and felt directly very welcome. Especially because there was a homemade cake! The house has everything we needed during our holiday and the garden is fantastic with many fruit trees and space to relax. Nearby the beach and other activities in Costa Rei.

We and our little baby spent one week in the mid of april in this amazing house. Leo and his wife prepared us a very warm welcome, including a very tasty cake. The house is in very good condition, offers enough space and has a very personal atmosphere. The house is sorrounded by an amazing garden, with different flowers and a very nice veranda. For our baby we had a baby bed and a chair. In general the house was well stuffed with all things you need.
The house is located in a small street very central but calm in Monte Nei, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nearby you find restaurants and supermarkets.
We had a great stay and say mille grazie!!!

This is the second time we stayed in this wonderful villa. We had such a fantastic time the first time round that we decided to come back for more. The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes walk to the local beach, with 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. We have rented a car because we wanted to explore the area to discover all the wonderful beaches.
The villa has a beautiful garden with so many different types of trees and flowers - it's a real joy to spend the evenings outside reading a book and be surrounded by this corner of tropical paradise. Our 3 daughters (aged 10,6,6) spent many hours playing outside, running around and generally enjoying the outdoor life. The kitchen is equipped with many cooking gadgets and pans, there is everything that you could wish for, to cook your meals. The bedrooms are lovely decorated in a seaside theme. The beds are very comfortable, which is very nice to find. The villa is very cool despite the hot August weather and also quiet at night time.
The owners, Mrs. Luisella and Mr. Leo, are very prompt in their replies, a real pleasure to deal with.
They made us feel sooo welcome - they are truly lovely people. If you are thinking of your next holiday in Costa Rei, make sure you stay in this beautiful villa.

Ate figs, apples and tomatoes growing near the house. Lot of flowers, it was nice to sit on the front porch. I liked that the house is fenced and the gate is closed, the child ran around the area and we did not bother him. The house is located very centrally, close to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. Owners of an elderly couple, very nice and hospitable people. Thank you for a wonderful stay on the whole family!

This is the most beautiful holiday house we ever stayed in. The rooms are most beautifully furnished and decorated, with every convenience possible. The garden is very well kept with beautiful flowers and a little pond with fountain. The owners are very friendly - and we will definitely come again.

Ideal Location! This villa is steps from restaurants, shops, super markets, and cafes. It is an easy walk to the beach that we did daily with very small children. We did not have a car and stayed for 30 days. We felt the location was ideal because it was so close to everything but still very private. The outdoor yard and garden were gorgeous and enchanting! Colorful flowers decorated the yard and smelled fantastic. The garden was well maintained and we enjoyed picking fresh tomatoes, basil, and other spices. Our kids loved picking the plums from the plum tree and we enjoyed almost every meal sitting on the beautiful large patio. The inside of the villa was clean and well appointed. We cooked in the kitchen all the time and had plenty of dishes, pots, and every appliance we needed. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We loved the charming special touches in the apartment like lavender satchels in the extra linens and a big box of beach toys for the kids. The owners were friendly and helpful. We arrived to their big smiles and a gift of cookies & wine. The owners even replaced the beach umbrella for us. We felt they were attentive and kind. They had clear written directions on everything we needed. We fell in love with this villa and Sardinia. We would highly recommend it to others.

We went to Sardinia on 16...
We went to Sardinia on 16th of June and stayed there 6 days. The owner met us in Cagliari and brought us right to his villa. It's was absolutely fantastic especially the garden. It was full of flowers and grass and trees, even a fountain.
The villa was really clean and comfortable, sunny and cool. We had everything we needed (even coffee, biscuits and wine). A BIG BIG plus of this villa was the distance till the sea. It was really close to the beach with white, clean sands and crystal clear water.
The villa was really really close to the city center, restaurants and different shops like fish shop or supermarket. We also enjoyed grilling meats or fish on grill at the villa spicing them with spices from the garden.

"Lovely villa close to the center of Costa Rei with all the modern comfort, a delightful garden and kept in excellent condition. As it''s not on the main road it is very quiet as well.
The owners warmly welcomed us and were very helpful, providing a cot bed and bedlinen for the little one.
Having family in Sardegna (but not on the coast) we come to the sea almost every year and it is definitely one of the nicest place we have stayed in. Warmly recommended !"
