Good value if you do not mind waiting in the rain to be admitted.

Quiet area. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. All appliances worked well. Small but quite functional.

We waited 3 hours in the rain to get into the property. Our email said to phone the host or reply through booking.com. We did the latter, noting that we would be there between 1400 and 1600, traveling by bike, so the timing was somewhat uncertain. Check-in time was stated as 1500. We had no further instructions. The owner apparently failed to notify the property manager. When the property manager was contacted, he said he could not arrive before 1830. He arrived about 1900. We then discovered about 12 squares of toilet paper in the apartment. The property manager returned and handed us a single roll. Seems that TP is precious or at least in limited supply. The "private pool" appeared to be on the property, but we found it was private for all users of a large complex. By the way, it was closed for the season, anyway.
