About this condo rental
Situated in Piesendorf, this attractive condo for $128 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our beautiful apartment was totally renovated in 2019-2020 with a brand new kitchen, a new bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate WC. There is one bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed with 2 separate mattresses. In a separate, curtained-off alcove off the lounge there is a large, comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults or children . In the lounge there is also a second double sofa bed for use if preferred. The new laminate flooring throughout the apartment gives a fresh, clean feel. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment very warm, but is thermostatically controlled to prevent it getting too warm, which used to be a problem in summer! The water is super-hot, and the shower spacious, which is wonderful when you come in from skiing! Our second floor apartment has spectacular views of the mountains around and the village below. The balcony looks East and South. There is cable TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans and dishes. There is also a washing machine for you to use. Downstairs is a ski room and outside a large, shared garden. 10 minutes walk takes you to the edge of the village and the ski bus, which goes either to the Maiskogel ski area, excellent for families, or to the Kitzsteinhorn, which at up to 3000m offers fantastic skiing from mid-October to June. The two regions are now connected by cable car. Lake Zell is 10 minutes away by car, offering swimming, boating and water sports in summer, and another extensive ski region in winter. The top-rated Tauern Spa is a superb facility, and there are golf courses nearby. There are hundreds of walking and cycling trails in the area, and good restaurants and bars in the towns and on the mountains. There is something for all the family, and the apartment is safe for children. The price quoted includes bedding, towels, final cleaning and all taxes. We give 10% of our profit from your rental to our charity: THE GIRAFFE PROJECT, which we founded in 2005. The charity provides education from primary school to university for some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people from the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. The property was excellent and well stocked with every thing we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent but with the property manager was poor. It would be helpful if fuller instructions on using the hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher was provided. After a couple of days we mastered the hob and oven which were somewhat different to those we were used to. particularly after I deciphered the symbols along the top of the oven door, but the washer was total guesswork. A translation of the settings in common languages of visitors would be helpful as we finished up choosing settings based on the temperature of the wash programme as the descriptions in German did not seem to fit.

The sleeping spaces were private enough and the space was used very well. We loved being able to use the kitchen. The view from the balcony was amazing at every part of the day/ night. The location was perfect for relaxing, skiing, and the night life of Kaprun.

Prima verblijf
Lopen naar de skibus was niet te doen vanwege de hoge ligging en de onmogelijke skischoenen op het gladde pad. Met de auto gaat het prima.
Enige minpunt de onmogelijkheid om je skischoenen te drogen, daar is geen verwarmde ruimte voor. Verder een aanrader.

De verhuurder was erg behulpzaam met tips voor skischool e.d. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. De locatie naar zowel centrum als de skilift was prima. ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Fantastic Apartment, Gorgeous Views!
Just back from a great week at Denise's apartment - it's in a really great location with fantastic views and is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Having a car is definitely a benefit but the walk up & down the hill is much easier than it first appears and we found that by the end of the week we really enjoyed walking to the village and back to stretch our legs out after a full day of skiing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay; both during our winter sports week it will be guaranteed to be a great place to stay during the other seasons. However, you are dependent on the bus or car for a nice week skiing, but that's just a detail.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Dorfrand mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut. Wir können das Appartement weiterempfehlen!

Uitstekende lokatie in Kaprun. Heel mooi ingericht en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht over dorp en op bergen en rondom de woning geitjes en kippen. Supermarkt dichtbij, op loopafstand van het dorp, prima gratis busverbinding met de gastenkaart. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar bezienswaardigheden, o.a. Zell am See, SigmundThun Klamm. Hochgebirgstauseen, rodelbaan,, Krimmler watervallen, bergpas Grossglöckner Alpenerstrasse, Areit Alm en natuurlijk Kitzsteinhorn. Echt aanraders.

Urlaub Kaprun
Die Wohnung/ das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kleinigkeiten gibt es immer, aber was nicht in Ordnung war, ist, dass das Wasser nicht einwandfrei ablief und auch zurück staute, zB in der Waschmaschine. Die Lage des Hauses befindet sich etwas abseits von Kaprun , mit dem Auto aber noch gut erreichbar. Das Mobiliar ist älterer Generation, Couch und Esstühle nicht mehr ok durch sichtbare Verschmutzungen. Die Schlafcouch ließ sich nur mit großer Mühe und mit 2 Bezügen beziehen. Waschbecken sind zu klein…. Küche ist ok. Insgesamt empfinden wir die Wohnung als zu teuer für das was man geboten bekommt. Wohlfühlatmosphäre kam nicht auf.

Renovierte FeWo abseits vom Trubel
Wir haben diese Wohnung zu zweit gemietet und würden sie auch nur eingeschränkt für mehr Leute empfehlen (Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden aber wenig Platz allgemein für Koffer und Kleidung).
Toilette, Bad und Küche sind neu, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bei der Sauberkeit müssen wir Abzüge machen (Haare im Bad und Toilette, Spülmaschine vom Vormieter nicht ausgeräumt). Kontakt mit Vermietern und Hausverwaltung (englischsprachig) sehr bemüht und freundlich.
Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, bestanden keine Lärm- und Parkplatzprobleme. Weil die Wohnungstüren nur schlecht schließen, zogen auch bei uns Kochgerüche von anderen in die Wohnung.
Ansonsten ist es auf Grund der Hanglage außerhalb des Zentrums angenehm ruhig gewesen. Wandern ist direkt vom Haus weg möglich. Toller großer Balkon mit Gletscherblick.

Das Appartment ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Personen war die Größe genau richtig. Bad und WC sind modernisiert und räumlich getrennt.

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben, das Wlan hat auch 4 Geräten gleichzeitig sehr gut funktioniert. Die Betten und auch die Kissen waren besonders toll.
Atemberaubend war auch der Blick auf die sberhe und die kleinen Zicklein im Nachbargarten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Kaprun

Eine sehr schöne neu hergerichtete Ferienwohnungen. Nah am Kitzsteinhorn gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick vom Balkon auf Berg und Ort. Für den Skiurlaub waren zwei Dinge etwas schade:
1. Es fehlten für 4 Leute ausreichend Möglichkeiten, die Skiklamotten aufzuhängen und eventuell zu trocknen.
2. Es kam beim Duschen von Mal zu Mal vor, dass das Warmwasser alle war.
Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

A very nice new apartment with a beautiful sight on the mountain and on the city. Its one of the closest apartments to the Mountain, so it won’t take you long to your skiride.
Two things could be better:
1. There are lacking opportunities for the ski-clothes at least for 4 persons. Maybe your stuff will stay wed.
2. From time to time the water in the shower got cold for a while.
Nevertheless we had a beautiful time!

Für 2 Tage kein Internet trotz Anfrage/ keine Anleitungen für die Elektrogeräte.
Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich (man muss allerdings der englischen Sprache mächtig sein)

Alles wie in der Anzeige!Neuer Boden im Wohnbereich.Gute Betten!Der Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist für 3Personen allerdings echt klein!Schönes neues Badezimmer,wobei das Waschbecken sehr klein und schmal ist.Der Schrank darüber hat die gleiche Tiefe,daher sehr schlecht zum waschen und Zähne putzen!Die Niesche wo das zweite Schlafsofa steht ist super gemütlich .Die Aussicht ist Top!!!wenn man sich die Stromleitungen weg denkt.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig,und wenn gekocht wird ,riecht es sehr nach dem Essen der anderen Mieter. (Kommt halt drauf an wer gerade da ist)Da die Türen nicht dicht sind!
Alles in einem aber eine schöne kleine Fewo.
Gute Lage für Ausflüge.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick und allem was man braucht!
Wir haben zu zweit das Appartement ˋStephanie‘ im Juni 2018 bewohnt und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht, Spül- und Waschmachine, gut Betten, genügend Küchenutensilien und besonders gut hat uns die schöne heiße Dusche gefallen😊! Parkplatzprobleme gab es, wie vorher beschrieben, bei uns keine. Die Wohnung liegt in Hanglage und man hat von Küche und Balkon einen schönen Ausblick in die Berge und auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Restaurants und viele Wandermöglichkeiten vor Ort, ohne Auto braucht man lediglich gute Waden!! Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken nochmals für die schnelle und wirklich unkomplizierte Buchung!

Atemberaubender Ausblick aufs Kitzsteinhorn
Die Wohnung wirkt durch die Bilder per Weitwinkel grösser als sie ist. Trotzdem hat sie alles was das Herz begehrt. Abends lässt es sich schön auf dem Balkon chillen, welcher einen Wahnsinnsausblick zum Kitzsteinhorn bietet. Das WLAN ist recht schnell und gut verfügbar. Leider waren die Stockbetten sehr dreckig bzw. noch nicht gereinigt was den Ersteindruck etwas geschmälert hat. Die Silikonfugen im Bad sollten bei Gelegenheit auch mal nachgezogen werden, sieht nicht mehr schön aus.
Zum Essen gehen kann ich das Falkenstein empfehlen, welches ca. 200m unten an der Hauptstrasse zu finden ist.

This apartment has everything my sister and I needed during our stay from Sep 26 to Oct 09, 2017. It's clean, bright, beautifully decorated and has a full-featured kitchen, including a very powerful induction oven that almost burnt our food :D.
The area is quiet, the supermarket Billa is a 10-minute walk and the apartment is perfectly located next to the Sigmund Thun Klamm, the Hochgebirgsstauseen and the amazing Skigebiet Kitzsteinhorn.
I already miss my days there and, since I'm a not a snow lover, I will certainly return next summer to explore more.

Just perfect
The apartment is ideally located right between the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmitten skiing areas, within a 10 minute car trip from either. The views through the windows are stunning: you can see the sunlit peak of Kitzsteinhorn while drinking your morning coffee. The apartment is well furnished with a coffee machine, a combo oven and a dishwasher. Everything's clean, fresh and new. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.
