Rien...très mauvaise organisation de nuit. A 22h53 je reçois un appel de l' hôtel en disant que si nous n arrivons pas avant 23h à l' hôtel notre réservation été annulée. En sachant que nous étions à 1h de route de l'hôtel et que nous avions réservé jusqu'au au lendemain matin. La personne que j' ai eu au téléphone ne voulait rien comprendre, malgré que je lui ai dit que nous étions pas de ce pays et que nous étions venus pour un mariage des amis. Sa seule réponse était " je suis dans l' obligation d' annulé votre réservation " . Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement à la dernière minute.

L' organisation, si les gens arrivent après l' horaires d' ouverture ?

It was close with reception and check in possible till late. The hotel itself should be renovated/refresched. My room was stinking with cigarets… but it was spacious and quite clean

Fantastic hot breakfast and staff ordered a taxi that arrived immediately. 15 Euros to airport, 10 minute ride.

The Booking.Com ad said there was a shuttle--there isn't. Besides taxi, there is a bus to airport with 12 minute walk uphill. A 3 minute walk to bus was advertised, but it apparently doesn't run anymore.

The room was quiet and very clean, the bed was comfortable allowing for a good sleep. It is simple but has very good value. The breakfast was much more than I expected - very good variety and good quality. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. They arranged, on arrival, for a taxi to pick us up early in the morning. It was a 12 minute ride to the airport, so very convenient.

The room was a bit cool but I still slept well. My wife struggled with the high tub wall, as she has arthritis. The hotel is not near any restaurants and their own only serves breakfast.

Staff: Very professional and super kind. Above all Deniz at the reception for the morning shifts.

The bathroom's cleanliness can be improved.

The room and bed were comfortable. The room was very clean and with a comfortable temperature. The car park is free.

The staff was little and sometimes we could not find anyone at the reception (for instance at night when we had problems opening the door of the room) There is no elevator.
