The vies and location were stunning!! an absolute gem, quiet but literally 2 mins down the hill to the town. Rooms were spacious with amazing balcony/terrace overlooking the lake. Very private,
Breakfast was exceptional and you eat outdoors overlooking the lake.
The restaurant was very posh and cordon bleu (small portions) but it was all fish and shellfish, only 1 dish on there that was meat and it was very very rare, with 4 melon ball sized potatoes. No veg or sides offered. Just really wanted authentic pasta dishes but you have to go down to the town for that and there are a couple of great trattorias

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
The location is perfect for exploring both Franciacorta and Lake Iseo. Having a car is highly recommended to make the most of the area. The views are breathtaking, especially from the restaurant. We stayed in room 404 and really enjoyed spending time on our balcony.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast is also very good.
Complimentary bottled water in the room would be a nice touch and, in my opinion, is something guests generally expect from a 4-star hotel.
For families with young children, it's worth noting that the swimming pool is 1.6 m deep throughout and there is no lifeguard, so children need to be supervised at all times.
