We had a junior suite and loved the long balcony along the front with comfy sofa and chairs from which to see the view across the city to the mountains. The original oil paintings in the hotel were beautiful and in keeping with the area. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely smiles and always happy to help.
The bathroom was tiny - which was just bad design given we had a big lounge area. The basin was tiny and there’s virtually no room beside it for wash bags etc. The air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy that it affected decent sleep. We described it as sounding like someone trying to drive a truck through a swimming pool. The furniture inside the rooms was big & dark and took up an unnecessary amount of space & whenever one of us moved the bed made a lot of noise. I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast. It felt ungenerous: one piece of fruit each, only muesli or natural yoghurt, plastic sachets of horrid jam and then a huge piece of toasted bread with tomato, ham or cheese. Much too limited options for a “boutique” hotel imho; I would not have wanted it for a third day running. The views from the dining room are lovely but be aware they are over the modern part of the city to the mountains, not the old town. We enjoy walking so 25 minutes to the old part of Granada was fine for us but you should know it’s a steep hill to walk back to the hotel. There are lots of cheap (€1.60) buses running all the time if you prefer.

The view is stunning, with the entire city visible from the top. The room is small but comfortable, and dinner and breakfast are served with an incredible cityscape backdrop.
It was located far from the city on a hilly mountain top, and I had to wait a while to get an Uber to the city. They also didn’t provide any amenities.

Lola was incredible and accommodating. Such an asset to the property.
Smoking guests from lower floor made our room smell smoky, which is a definite NO. Lola arrange a different room for us, we lost our balcony due to this issue. Only way to solve is have a complete NON SMOKING ROOM S POLICY.

15 minutes walk to the bottom of Alhambra and same to town. Nice views
When hotels use their location and the views but offer very little else, this is what you get: - professional but unfriendly service, from the checkin to the checkout. Did we at any point feel welcome? No, and that goes to every member of staff. - clean but tired rooms, the shower was dirty. The room was small - no soundproofing between rooms - no air dryer, no iron facility, no tea or coffee possibility, in the room or bar - no written breakfast menu. - the personnel rigid manners led to a serious argument when our party of four wanted to have breakfast together but the waiter insisted on telling me that it was only 2 and 2, facing the back of each other. It took so much effort to get him to agree to join 2 tables together. No apologies afterwards. Was it necessary ? Really? Absolutely no intention on giving customer satisfaction. And no care for our wellbeing
