Everything was great. It just seemed a little expensive for stay. Staff were friendly. Very clean and plenty of towels.
We used the pool and we weren’t aware that we had to take towels from our room or pay €2. It would be useful to know this at check in. Once we’re there it’s very hard to go back.
I bought some jewellery in the hotel and I know it’s not related but perhaps putting a sign somewhere that’s cash is needed to buy the items or even the staff sharing this information when showing the items. I then had to go around Nenagh looking for an atm. Otherwise all was good.
It really about communication and sharing information in advance. That would make it so much better 🙌

Service was excellent, extremely kind and patient staff. Pool was large and not crowded. Sauna and steam room a bonus. Nice outdoor area to eat and drink.
Room was a little small, but there were three of us.

Rooms are decent size, nice leisure centre, decent size pool, fantastic jacuzzi, sauna and steam room so relaxing, hotel is practically in the town, beautiful grounds, and car parking included, have stayed here a few times
Bar closed very early, earlier than normal closing time, I wasn't impressed with the food, one first day it was OK, the second day , maybe the chef was having a bad day,

Breakfast was first class with vegetarian option. Staff were attentive and very helpful. We were in a group and the staff put some tables together to seat us all.
There was nothing we didn’t like about this Hotel. It is functional, food was excellent, lunch and breakfast and the Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to town centre and 2 hours from Dublin. Plenty of parking. Didn't experience spa facilities on this occasion, next time hopefully. This was a return visit, but will definitely be back

Lovely looking hotel with beautiful decor, we didn't have dinner but the breakfast was lovely, and I loved that it wasn't buffet style so everything came straight from the kitchen, so tasty

The location suited us brilliantly. The spa facilities were super and very relaxing. The spa staff were so friendly and helpful, they were great. The front of house staff were positive and bubbly too. There was a wedding going on, but we did not feel in the way.
The bedroom was very hot, and with the window restrictions it was hard to get any air. it would be better if they were open on arrival.
The room felt a bit dated, no pictures on the walls, and the shower in the bathroom could do with an upgrade. The hot tap in the bathroom would not stop running.
