Great location, price and the customer service was amazing. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of including providing car service and helping confirm reservations.
Elevator broke - which happens but the staircase is tight and thankfully the manager gladly helped me with my very heavy luggage.

Great position

I enjoyed watching the street from my room. It was compact but workable. As a solo female traveller I found it a safe comfortable place to stay. I had a dental issue while staying there and I was helped out by reception who was able to translate and make an appointment for me which I am very grateful for. Thank you.

Hotel was in a good position and the staff did their best to fulfil every request.
The room was obviously meant to be a single but they jammed a double bed in there. The bed was 30cm from the toilet. The bath jammed so close to the toilet and almost impossible to get out of..nothing to hang onto..it’s dangerous.
