Great helpful staff; ample parking with free EV charging; right at the beach in a quiet location; nice walk to town center; as we had to leave before breakfast was served they provided us with generous and tasty lunch bags!
room could have been larger; some noise from the other guests walking by in the hallway (stopped around 10pm, as the hotel was busy with families with small children)

Great hotel, just few steps from the beach. Comfortable rooms, facilities are good. The SPA area is worth mentioning - a large swimming pool, a spacious jakuzzi, excellent saunas. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of choices and something new every day.
We enjoyed the quiet area, while the loud tourist areas were still in walking distance. The parking was organized well - with dedicated parking lot for every guest, so you park on the same spot every time.
Also they did some activities for the kids every day, which is very useful when you travel with 2 kids.
We were surprized by stains on the bed sheets (on one of the beds). Looks like it needed to be replaced. Also quite high price for parking - 30 EUR/day looks a bit too much.

Spa. Location.
Stayed here in December and enjoyed it. This time came with my family in July, and the experience was disappointing. It seems like personnel have changed and the management decided to save on training. The rooms don’t smell fresh, and it’s hard to understand if it comes from carpet or bed. My pillowcase was covered with yellow stains. The cleaning that can be requested on demand includes slightly wiping the sink and I suppose this is it. No change of towels, unless you catch the personnel and explicitly ask for it. We had two rooms, and in one of the rooms one family member stayed for the second “cleaning” and had to coordinate it, explicitly saying what exactly needs to be done. The cleaning personnel talk loudly and get in the same lift as guests with the garbage containers (not my idea of the spa experience). Speaking of garbage and spa, a full garbage bag together with a mop cover was lying right at the door of the spa entrance in the morning. A mistake was made in the time of my appointment and I was rushed to start. When I showed my message with the correct time, the response from the spa receptionist was “ale nic się nie dzieje”. I would expect an apology instead.
Food improved since December, but the service worsened. The orange juice was watery for a few days straight. When I asked an employee about it, her response was “I’m in charge of the buffet, look out for my colleague in charge of the machines”. Glasses often smelled with a dishwasher. Today there were no coffee cups for about 40 minutes. When they appeared, milk in the coffee machines ended and wasn’t refilled for a while🤦🏼♀️ If you are in the lobby cafe, refrain from cocktails (not every employee can make them right) and prosecco (usually flat). The overall impression is that the hotel could be really good (and it was in December) if the management invested in proper training for the personnel.
