The property was clean, parking available and the location was very central. The rooms have been cleaned, fresh towels and a clean beds every day. The breakfast area was very elegant and a nice Bar at the reception where you can have a drink or watch a soccer game in the evening. The hotel had also a restaurant. From parking guy to receptionist and waitress, everyone was friendly.
The unfriendly boss who started an argue with workers in the breakfast hall. He also did not manage to great guests when coming in.

Breakfast was amazing
The Bathroom cleaning was neglijent. No signs of dissinfection, toilet paper was half used. I find that very weird at a 4 star hotel

Location! Walking distance to downtown and main attractions in Arad!
The elevator which is situated in between floors :(, not sure how handicapped visitors can access lobby or either floors…

Typical of what you can expect from a Best Western Hotel.
Clean, a little dated but all the facilities are there.
Not much of a view from the room with heavy shutters (which we pulled up) and trees to bar the view.
We only stayed in Arad on a stopover night from Brasov to Budapest.
Visited a bar/restaurant on the river front. All was good.

If we are in Arad we always stay at BW Central. The Staff is very polite and the food is very nice. BW Central is in the center of the City and you can't hear any noise from the street. You have a plenty of choice at breakfast.
The hotel needs some maintenance but overall it is a good hotel to stay during your trip to Arad.
