Location is good, restaurants nearby. Really good Japanese restaurant nearby. 2 stops on the train from Luzern
Bed is very uncomfortable, especially if you have any mobility issues

good breakfast
Size if the room really unsatisfactory.
Room equipment incredibly poor: no space for luggage (2 cases 60x40 cm had to be housed on the floor!); not enough space for garments; a chair as sitting furniture.
Bathroom without even a shelf tor a toilet bag.
Price absolutely exaggerated.
