The hotel is very clean. Paying 50s EUR for stay a night for 3 person plus a puppy, I expected just a usual bedroom. Found out it was so clean and smell good. My room has two sided veranda for summer and sunset. The hotel was just in front of Kamari beach, the best beach in Santorini. There was pedestrian walk side both in the main road as well as on the beach side.
Nothing just good!

Absolutely everything. Everything. I am extremely happy for the choice i have made when booking this place. 5 minutes walk to the beach, wall-to-wall with a wonderful greek taverna with the best seafood in Santorini, bakery and 24/7 shop. And the owners are wonderful and lovely.
I can only truly recommend this place.

The owner is so friendly and service-minded and the view was amazing. It’s very close to the beach. I had two balconys - one on each side of the building - so lovely!
The bed was too hard/firm for me - but they seem to be so all over Greece.

Near the beach. Soft matresses.
We booked the studio as a stop over for our last night in Santorini. Two weeks earlier we paid the same rate in an accomodation in Akrotiri with breakfast included that was far better than Zacharakis Studios. The studio is just too small to house 4 people. Kitchen and bathroom are dated. OK for a short stay but I wouldn't want to stay here for a week.
