The look and feel of the hotel - the 'mahagony' the display cabinets.
The female staff member on reception was so helpful and provided exceptional customer service. We stayed there twice and were fortunate to get the same female staff member.
Perfect location.
Exceptional restaurant decor and good food.
The fridge in the room did not work.
We were given a different room the second time, as the fridge in the original room was not yet fixed, however the fridge in the second room did not work either, so we had no fridge - and it was a very hot day.

Bon petit-dejeuner. Bon restaurant. Emplacement ideal, dans la rue pietonne
dans le Centre Ville.

Cèntric. Un edifici clàssic on tot funciona bé.
Personal amable i eficient.
Esmorzar correcte.
L'aparcament és una mica precari.
