Views, cleanliness, good price. Breakfast was good.

Staff could have been friendlier. Very noisy (room over restaurant and outdoor space with seating).

The simpaty of the staff, the silence. The restaurant

Cleanliness. Family room is spacious. Restaurant has a good view.

This is a restaurant. It doesn't seem the owner really care about the accommodation. Just a side business to make money from few empty upstairs rooms. The staff is not kind. The breakfast was very weak and limited. The buffet is not refilled even though there is still more than one hour before the closing time. If you raise this, "You have to come early!" the staff replies. As I pointed out they just don't care.
