Superb

The facilities, the breakfast, the little details that make a difference. The location was near the train station so was perfect for using the train daily to get to all those beautiful cities on the coast.

There was nothing that i dilisked.

Visit of La Spezia/ Cinque Terre

The room was nice. The shower was good. Very large choice for breakfast. Excellent location, 3 minutes from train station. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops.

My husband didn't realise the bathroom was outside the bedroom when we booked ( it was written in the title his fault) so we would opt for one of the other rooms with private bathroom in the room. The bed was a little hard.

Would book it again

Excellent location ! 5-10 mins walk from La Spezia Centrale train station and 15-20 mins walk from the boats that tour the Cinque Terre. The room was comfortable, clean and of a very good size. The bathroom was a bit small but also clean and had some essentials ( hairdryer, shampoo and soap). Part of the breakfast is offered in your room and you can eat whenever you want, and there’s also bread, cheese, eggs, coffee etc available in the communal kitchen every morning. Our host, Ale, is very attentive and kind, and gives great tips on where to eat and what to see. Wifi was mostly stable when I was there as well.

Everything is really nice, but the curtains are a kind of see through and the room can be very bright, specially in the morning, and if you end up in a room facing the street it can also be a bit loud at times, so if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in I recommend bringing an eye mask and maybe some noise cancelling buds.

B&B L'Arca Di Noè is a 4 bedroom apartment with common kitchen and entry hall, at the 4th level of an old building. We had one of the rooms with private bathroom. The breakfast was very good compared to similar places in Italy, we had a basket full of sweets like croissants, cookies, other pastries etc in the room (that was refiled second day) and also a tray with ham, cheese, fruits, yogurts, butter etc in the fridge. Also eggs that you could prepare yourself in the kitchen. Also coffee and orange juice. I read many bad reviews about the breakfast but nothing to worry about, it was more than ok. Very close to the train station. Also we arrived very late to check in after 11 p.m. and had no problem with the check in, but you have to let the host know if you are in this situation. Also we could leave the luggage there for a couple hours after check out and that was very helpful.

Place is pretty noise during night, I recommend ear plugs.

the location is close to the railroad station. It also has a kitchen with everything you need and a nice balcony.

The online check in, if you arrive after 6pm, is not so great. I don’t feel confortable sharing my personal id on Whatsapp. The street and the building is very dark in the evening

The best option to visit Cinque Terre on a budget

really close to the center of the city, as well as the train station, which is essential if you are willing to visit Cinque Terre. clean apartment, nice breakfast, friendly host. everything you can ask for a fair price. 9.9/10

maybe the bed can be better, but everything else was just fine!!

Top B&B very suitable to visit Cinque Terre

Very close (10 min walk) to the railway station. A plus if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Also in the centre of town with restaurants and approx 20 minutes walk to the harbour. The host Allessandra was very friendly and helpfull. And she was always available when needed. Room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom and private balcony. Breakfast is included. Daily a new luxury basket was available in the room so you could have your breakfast in the room or on the balcony. The B&B also has a shared kitchen with space for every room in the refridgerator.

Parking in the neighbourhood is busy. There is public parking near the station. In our case the host helped to find a suitable parking space. We advise to plan parking space before arrival.

Large room, good price for value.

The room was larger than expected, there was enough breakfast (self service/prepared and in the fridge by room). We had a nice balcony on which we could enjoy our breakfast. Good price for value, very central.

great location , easy access to trains and 5 Terre.

Self check in B&B, no staff available at the time of check in, for us it’s an unusual process. travelling by train, message ( from B&B) on WhatsApp was not available to us…..no wifi.

Great shared place near the train station.

The place is very close to the train stain. 5-7 minute walk. We loved the balcony from the bedroom. The place was very clean and it's been updated. They offer you many choices for breakfast. There's a lift to the floor. Thank you for those of us with big luggage!!

The mattress is very hard. Make sure to get the room with a private bath.

the breakfast and the staff is really welcoming and warm. also the room with terrace is annabsolute beauty

the ac doesn’t work properly so we had cold all night long. and either the water heater, in the morning we didn’t have warm water for the shower

Well-thought B&B, spacious room that had everything we needed

The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice small balcony. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great - everything was in a walking distance, including the train station to Cinque Terre. They also organized the breakfast well, considering the covid situation.

Best Breakfast

The host Ale was amazing. She explained all issues regarding the accommodation, the keys and all we wanted to know about the city(restaurants, festivals, weekly market, free parking opportunities etc.). The breakfast was lovely with cheese mortadella, enough Marmelade, croissants and the best pastries, I've ever eaten in Italy.
