About this house rental
A very quiet area with few neighbors. The villa is located very close to the Montgó Natural Park, the Cabo San Antonio Marine Reserve, and countless coves and beaches of immense environmental value.It is close to the town’s historic center, which features a Gothic-style fortified church and is home to numerous shops and restaurants. The villa is designed for family vacations. The little ones will enjoy the pool; during the winter months—such as October, November, December, April, and May—we have a heated saltwater pool, which is very beneficial for sensitive skin, such as that of young children, and features plenty of fun activities.We have a safety canopy over the pool for the little ones.

An amazing property it’s so beautiful in every way and the pool is just the ice on the cake! The villa is so clean, comfortable and so homely. Patricia the host is so lovely and so helpful, we would love to come and stay again soon! :-)

We had an amazing time at this property! The outdoor kitchen was a real highlight, and we ended up using it for every meal. The hot plate, outdoor fridge, and overall setup made cooking and dining outside so easy.Our children had an absolute blast with all the outdoor toys, and the pool was a big hit with everyone. Although it wasn’t heated, it was just the right temperature for hours of fun!The location was also great – the local old town had a wonderful selection of places to eat, and we enjoyed two fantastic meals out. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation. We’re already thinking about when we can return!

The outside space at this villa is amazing, stunning views and lots of different seating areas. Our 2 yr old grandson loved all the toys and kept him well entertained. Fantastic swimming pool also. The villa itself is beautiful and lots of space for 6 adults and our grandson. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk into the old town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and very close to all amenities. All in all a fantastic stay

Patricia's villa is just fantastic! Great location to the old town and 20 mins walk to the front. The villa had everything that we needed. Great pool, lovely outdoor seated area's, large garage and multiple bedrooms / bathrooms. Patricia was very responsive and a great host! Javea is beautiful and will definitely be returning!
