Very nice, lots of space, very clean.

If you don’t have a car you probably won’t be staying here.

The size of the accommodations was excellent, it could easily sleep 6.

The accommodations could do with some renovations. When we arrived the windows were open which allowed for many bugs to enter the accommodations, this made it a bit unpleasant as were discovering them everywhere.

Historical environment, good pool.

Cleaning not too good. Terrible smell from farms nearby.

The grounds were beautiful. The caretaker showed us around the Palace which was appreciated. Great swimming pool.

We chose this accommodation based on the description, photos and excellent reviews. The apartment was tired, which we could live with, but the main problem was that it was filthy, has mould and smelt of gas. We would have left straight away but given we have a little baby, it was difficult to do so after a long drive. In the end we managed to stay for 2 nights and then left, wasting our money. It looks like the hard working caretaker is the only staff member there. Do not stay here . It is a health hazard.

I did not want to leave .. do yourself a favour and book for at least a couple of days .. everyone involved lives and breathes the history and mesmerising charm of this place .. completely kid friendly.. let the imagination run riot and stick your fingers in the bullet holes ..marvellous.. well done .. ... Bravo

Very nice and beautiful place. Nice to walk with the dogs. Close to restaurants, city..... Brand new appartement.
