About this apartment rental
Dear Guests, Casa Blu is a two-level apartment located on the third floor of a historic building—without an elevator—in the center of Verona, 100 meters from the Arena. Casa Blu features a living room-kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine, as well as a 4-seat table and a 24-inch flat-screen LED TV. The double sofa bed is located in the living room and folds away easily.
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a charming balcony with a small table. The bathroom, which has a window, is located on the second level.
Last but not least, the staff: that’s me, Giulia, and my boyfriend Nicolò—or Nick, if you prefer. We’re always available to meet your needs, explain how to get around downtown Verona, recommend local dishes, suggest day trips, and point out convenient services in the area, etc. Casa Blu is a quiet place where you’ll find a warm welcome and excellent support for your travel needs—but what else can I say?!......Just that I warmly look forward to welcoming you to spend one or more magical days in the beautiful city of Verona.

The communication was excellent and the videos we're helpful. The apartment was clean, well laid out and had plenty of storage. It was on the 3rd floor so involved stairs and also had stairs up to the bathroom. We had breakfast on the small balcony watching the swifts flying by. The air con was needed at times and there was a fan in the kitchen/diner.

Nice flat in a good location. All the facilities you'd need including a moks pot for making coffee, which was a nice touch.Claudia was really helpful and responsive.

Quiet Street, quiet neighbors in the building and great location. 15 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. The entire city is easy to reach on foot. The amenities of coffee, water and an espresso pot were wonderful. Claudia was a joy to work with!
