Excellent location. Safe, off road parking.
The stairs are very steep but did not cause me any problems.

The location was perfect- an easy walk to the town and the Exe estuary. cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was much appreciated.

The house itself was lovely - a home from home with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom clean & convenient. The house was warm with an efficient & flexible heating system.

It was self catering. House was comfortable , clean and well equipped. Easy access to the town. Passing traffic was pretty noisy, which we're not used to. Easy access to the Exe bike trail.

Very tidy and clean with all that you needed. A warm welcome from the owners with a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. Nice........

The property had everything two people needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Maybe just a little more attention to the cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom.

Facilities had nearly everything you need
Although there is a washing machine there is nowhere to hang clothes to dry other than small rack over a radiator. A folding drying rack would have been nice
