About this villa rental
A single-story detached villa, entirely clad in dry stone, surrounded by a private garden bordered by a centuries-old olive grove. The house is located 700 meters from the sea, 2 km from the picturesque port of S. Gregorio, and 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. Just 5 km away, you’ll find the beautiful beaches of Pesculuse and the “Maldives of Salento.” The house is a single-story, detached home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one private with access from the master bedroom), a kitchen/living room, a large covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs in the dining area and a sofa with armchairs in the relaxation area. The flat roof offers panoramic views. The property is fully enclosed by traditional Salento stone walls, and independent access is via a path with a private gate leading to ample parking spaces. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. Four beds in two rooms, with the option of a fifth bed upon request.
A 2,000 m² private, fenced-in olive grove available exclusively for guests’ use. Other villas with similar features are located nearby. You’ll be so immersed in nature and tranquility that you can reach the beaches and iconic spots along the Salento coast in just a few minutes.

This is a beautiful villa surrounded by stone walls and olive trees. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor living area and pool which had wonderful breezes in the hot weather. The location made it easy to venture off to small towns or the beach. We had a small issue, but Remo responded and had it taken care of immediately.

Just perfect for a family of 4. Clean, spacious and the pool is heavenly.Highly recommend and Remo is super responsive. Danilo who looks after the pool etc is also brilliant and left fresh figs out a few times.Recommend a car to explore Puglia including the many beaches such as the “Maldives of Europe” plus Lido 77 where there are lovely restaurants.Another recommendation is to walk down to Torre Vado for a morning espresso and croissant, my 8 year old and I managed this most mornings and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will return next year!
