About this villa rental
Located just 3 minutes from the sea, in the heart of a beautiful 1,300-square-meter garden shaded by tall pine trees and adorned with flowering shrubs on a soft lawn, a magnificent home of over 160 m² featuring a three-seater living room, a large kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The house is accessible via a private road with exclusive access. The villa is located in a residential area that offers tranquility and proximity to the sea, which can be reached quickly via a comfortable bike path or a pleasant walk through the neighborhood.
The large 60-square-meter living room, featuring a dining area and a sitting area with a large fireplace and satellite TV, opens onto a beautiful and airy veranda, furnished with armchairs, sofas, chairs, and a table that seats eight, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings after a day at the beach.
Children will find a corner of the garden equipped with a slide, a swing, and various toys. A high chair and a camp bed will welcome the little ones.
It consists of four comfortable bedrooms with spacious closets and double beds (two of which can be separated), two new bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
From the fully equipped kitchen—recently renovated with a five-burner stainless steel gas range and a large oven, a 12-place-setting dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an 8-kilogram washing machine, you step out into the garden under a beautiful strawberry grape pergola.

We have been in san felice for one week.
All together we were 6 adults and 3 kids. it was a beautiful trip also because of this great house.
We had enough space for all of us and the kids could play in this great garden.
also the renter was a great person and helped as with all our questions.
so i think we will come back on our next trip to italy

We spend a brilliant week in this nice house. The orners were very nice and helpful. The house is perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is very child-friendly and not crowded (beginning of July) The house and the garden was a great base for two families (three adults and four kids) with plenty of room. Visits to the old part of San Felice, Mount Circeo and the beaches in the national park made good small trips. We would love to return to borh the house and the area. Thank you for a great week.

"Recently, I with my husband and children had holiday on this villa. The villa met our expectations. It has great location in silent place, five minutes walk to sea and restaurants. The owners are very nice, kind and very helpful people. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The villa has all needed conveniences and enough dishes for big family. Also neighbors are very silent so we had enjoyed quiet life. We liked this villa so much and hopping that next year we will spend holidays there again."
