I truly loved staying here — the quiet, authentic atmosphere, lovely little restaurants, nearby vaporetto stop and super

We really loved the location. It’s very close to Piazza San Marco and there are plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and more secluded area where you can really feel the authentic Italian atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much and would happily stay here again!

I thought it would be better, I would not stay again but that is no ones fault.

Far

The host overcharged us on the city tax. not by a lot but the principle still lies. The shower was too small.

Disappointing

Accessibility

Extremely Disappointing – Definitely Not Recommended We initially rented the studio, later we chose to upgrade to a 1 bedroom for a 3rd person. After paying extra, we were confirmed there would be the supplies for all 3. For our surprise the apartment was in unacceptable condition at check-in. Essential items like towels, a duvet, and a linen were missing for the third guest and were only provided after we pushily begged and refusing the pay extra if not provided. After that, a call was made to the administrator of the property. Which made it even a worse experience, was the staff member mocking us and joking about the situation in Italian during check-in, assuming we wouldn’t understand. This level of disrespect is truly shocking. The place was poorly cleaned, dirty fridge, and cabinets, with spiders and spider webs in several corners, including on a shower towel. As for cleaning supplies (advertised), there was nothing beside a disgusting dish sponge, laundry detergent and dish rag, not even a broom do wipe the floor or a counter rag/ towel paper for a 4 nights stay. Toilet paper was left at bare minimum, which we were unacceptably called "cheap" after requesting extra and being told to buy, which also should not be a problem if we were nicely told to do so and if was not advertised. The other extra, is the fridge door in poor conservation, where the door is missing maintenance, and does not close unless you mindfully push it, and if eventually decides to grab some water at night at half sleep situation, be ready, you will wake up with your goods turning bad. On top of that, the apartment was extremely hot at 25.8 degrees (not adjustable/broken) with very dry air, making it uncomfortable to stay in, consider that turning heater off is also unbearable since there were not any extra duvet. After asking about the cannel view, we were informed the photos posted are mixed, and only one unit has it (quite misleading no?).

Never again!

Nothing

The door was the only one in the entire building with an anti-flood curtain installed. Due to the age of the tenant, a request was made to remove it because the weather was sunny. The owner did not remove it and we had to climb over the curtain. This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable for older people. In addition, there were insects everywhere in the apartment on the top floor - in the bed, on the walls, in clothes. I do not recommend it.

Lage und Preis waren in Ordnung

Ein Insektenproblem im Schlafzimmer Unmengen von fliegenden „Käfern“ bevölkerten das Zimmer und leider auch das Bett. Der Host sorgte trotz Info nicht für Abhilfe.
