Breakfast was adequate with very fresh bread.
Staff were very friendly and obliging.
Room was clean and bed comfortable. A ten minute walk to the bus which goes directly to Amsterdam.
My room was very small for a double room and very cold at night. The pipes were hot but the radiator was cold. I did ask them to look at it but it never happened. This made the new and modern shower room very cold too.

Location and atmosphere is perfect. The food in the restaurant is what I would expect in a 5 star restaurant. A very helpful host, my ride back to the airport was immediately taken care of.
Only remark is the 9/10 for cleanliness, but really....

Check-in was easy,
Room temperature was good
There is no place in the hotel where you can leave your luggage after checking and pick it up late.
I knew it was far from Amsterdam city center, but I didn’t expect transportation to be this difficult.
