Great location, very comfortable and quiet.
We had an uncomfortable check in, (even though we had already paid in full), with the same amount being taken from our credit card as our full accommodation cost ‘against potential damages’.
We haven’t come across this policy elsewhere, although in retrospect we found this information mentioned in the ‘additional information’ right at the bottom, underneath lots of other detail eg how to bring pets etc (which of course we didn’t read). In addition we realised later we were emailed this information, but it arrived only 3 minutes before we were due to check in.
If every guest is being asked for this, we think this information should be included in the main body of information, not right at the bottom of the ‘additional information’ section or a last minute email.
This was reimbursed at checkout, but there was a delay while someone checked the room.

It was an excellent location not far from all the major attractions. Easy to access and not far from the car park.
It was a bit loud as it’s on a busy road. I guess not the property fault but should be noted.

We had a pleasant one night stay. Our son enjoyed the bunk bed & the staff rescued his toy sheep and contacted us before we left, for which we’re very grateful!

The location was perfect and in the centre.
Parking the car in front of the hotel
We asked for a superior room and was not impressed by the size. The toilet and shower room was tiny. Also there was street noise. Breakfast was disappointing and one of the waitress/ receptionists was very abrupt and disorganised and seemed to be more concerned with speaking on her phone.
