Hotel luxueux , à taille humaine, très bien situé, parfait pour une escapade en amoureux !

Superbement situé pour visiter Londres. Quartier calme où il facile de dîner à pieds. Je recommande cet magnifique hôtel chalereusement, le personnel y est chalereux et aux petits soins pour leurs clients! Leur rooftop pour prendre un verre avec vue sur Londres était super! Nous avons apprécié les conseils sur les moyens de transports et l' aide pour réserver les restaurants. La chambre était magnifique, très propre et confortable et bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner ( continental) était formidable: servi toujours avec le sourire dans un cadre somptueux ! Nous reviendrons!

Clean and cosy. Lovely reception. Helpful staff

Room did not have facilities booked. Apparently we were upgraded to a better room but it did not feel like that. It was nice but getting a balcony instead of a bath in the dark and pouring rain didn’t feel helpful. The room was nice but tv was tiny and miles from bed, bench which was provided instead of a sofa, mirror was cracked. There was a minibar but no tea or coffee. I’d booked this as a five star birthday treat and whilst it was nice was ultimately disappointing for the money.

Beautiful Home away from Home

The Staff were amazing, I felt like at home and the staff were like members of the family. The rooms are quite big for hotels in London, beautifully decorated, very clean with beautiful scent in the rooms . Simply it is a luxurious home away from home.

The Internet was weak at some point but it was because there were some work and upgrading to the system as I was told.

Overall great hotel, but Room 301 is noisy

The decor was lovely and the location brilliant

We were in Room 301 and above us was the roof terrace where all residents could access at any time of the day and night to make tea & coffee. We were kept awake for most of the night by other guests accessing the roof terrace.

Nice but expensive

Location convenient and quiet. Room clean, large and bed very comfortable and blinds made room nice and dark . Friendly staff.

Room needs some TLC with decor and maintenance. Bath would only fill from shower. Reading difficult due to lighting. No tea or coffee facilities in room and breakfast uninspiring.

Offensively rude staff - avoid.

The location & quality of interior were great. The staff & overall experience, shocking.

Fundamentally entitled & awfully rude staff. AVOID. To be candid, I booked very last minute, in the evening of the night of stay. Upon reaching the hotel I was refused entry to my room for an hour, with the front of house insisting I call up booking.com to cancel the booking as I had ‘ruined his night’. A frankly substantial amount of money was exchanged, and to be greeted with such disgust was truly shocking.

This hotel is in a lovely location in chelsea, close to amenities and the tube to get into Central London. The staff are wonderful

We had a few issues with the room on the first night, with our bath and an alarm which went off in the morning of the 1st night's stay. Whilst it was disappointing the staff here rectified the matter straight away and following discussions I was really happy how everything was addressed

Excellent stay and would recommend this hotel for short weekend breaks

Room was very clean and was pleased that i was upgraded. the breakfast was perfect - no need for lunch. Plus the location - close to the tube and the excellent shopping but a nice quiet street

Passable

The Deluxe Room needed renovation and did not match the online description, therefore it was not value the the expensive price. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast sausages not cooked.

London trip for first time in decades

in great location for sightseeing in London

some of the room needing attention bathroom bath surround water damaged and walls damaged in room due to furniture- and the hike to the top floor wouldn’t be for everyone

Lovely hotel… perfect location.

A lovely boutique hotel in London. The location was perfect.

A room with a bath would have been nice. There was a noise issue with a noisy or faulty pump. That went on all night and meant I had little sleep. The staff were very apologetic, but as they were full we could not be relocated to a quieter room. Despite this I would stay again.

It was quiet and the rooms were beautifully decorated , staff were very helpful and accommodating the location is excellent! so close to harrods.

Went WAY beyond any possible expectation! Amazing and kind staff, and delicious food.

This was the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Breakfast was incredible, from the continental to the full English option, everything was way beyond any expectation. Additionally, I've never been with staff that treated one with such respect and kindness. The blonde receptionist provided me with the best customer service I have ever seen. Incredibly nice.
