The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was excellent and the location was perfect.

Hotel is centrally located. There are no roads outside so we had to walk about 100 yards across the plaza, from the taxi drop off point. It's a few minutes walk to Salon beach and Balcon. Bars and restaurants are outside the front door, with a supermarket a few yards away. Breakfast is very good. There is a choice of cooked, cold meats and cheeses, fruit and plenty of pastries! We had a room at the rear of hotel which meant we had sun on the large balcony through the afternoon. Room was cleaned everyday. Just ask at reception for extra pillows and an iron and board.
The only thing I would change ( and this a personal thing) is the bed. There was a foam mattress which was much too firm. I always take a camping airbed on holiday to combat this.

Excellent location on the Plaza Espana close to all restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable and there is a lovely cafe downstairs. The rooftop pool was better than our expectations.
A kettle with tea and coffee in rooms would have been nice.

Breakfast was quite good, but it was impossible to get a decent cup of tea or coffee
Aircon didnt work. Shower heat turned from boiling to cold and back to boiling.
