Everything !

First off, the staff are absolutely lovely, very thoughtful. The breakfast was fabulous - very fresh, excellent quality, and a wonderful selection. I have a feeling the team might thoughtfully time the cleaning of the rooms to when you take breakfast as we came back to the room briefly perhaps 20 minutes after going to breakfast to find it had (seemingly magically) been already refreshed!
The location is superb. Our room faced an inner courtyard and it was absolutely quiet despite being around the corner from restaurants, shops, and pedestrian traffic. It was the perfect location to explore Venice.
We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it.

Great location for main sights.
Room was beautiful.
Breakfast was exceptional with so much variety. Who can resist tiramisu for breakfast!
