Lovely hotel with beautiful room and everything you need like extra pillows, comfortable bed, fresh bedding and towels. A heater for the towels in the bathroom which is quite considerate for a hotel in a thermal spa setting. There’s a restaurant at the premises which is also nice when you arrive on a day (Monday out of season) when everything is closed and Bourbon Lancy seems like a ghost town. Receptionist was very kind to reserve us a table after a failed attempt from our side and a refusal from the restaurant.
Dinner was mediocre but breakfast was nice and the stuff was very attentive.
Would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room.
