The location is excellent if you like being close to downtown Varna. Room was exactly what I reserved and paid.
The windows were hard to open and close, the air conditioner was not operating as expected, they should not charge extra €12 per day for parking if you are a guest of the hotel

Very clean, tidy, felt luxurious. Staff was incredibly friendly! Specifically the lady on reception (think her name was Nina but might be wrong)
