Location is great
Breakfast was lovely served in the eaves
The whole place is a bit shabby and isn’t a lot like in the photos. The garden at the back needs tidying up. When we arrived at the advised time the door was locked. We eventually found a faded notice with a number to ring . Someone finally arrived at reception but was extremely frosty with us .
