This is an incredibly beautiful heritage property at a prime location in the historical centre of Tivoli. All the sites were within walking distance and the area in itself was great to explore on foot. The check in was super smooth thanks to the property manager Catalin who was a real gem. He helped us find parking for our car, ensured smooth check in and even made sure to reserve a beautiful room for our special celebration. The breakfast was a highlight - it was carefully curated and the breakfast staff attended to all our requests. They had a sumptuous selection of homemade Italian cakes - a real treat - along with fresh seasonal fruits and bakery. The room was top notch with beautiful frescos. Great experience - will return! Thanks Catalin and team.

We had a wonderful stay in Tivoli and couldn’t recommend this accommodation enough! The room was lovely and very spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the central location was perfect for exploring everything the town has to offer.
But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, thoughtfully providing little extras and offering fantastic recommendations to help us make the most of our time in Tivoli. They even took the time to book a dinner reservation for us one evening, which was such a lovely and appreciated gesture.
It’s this genuine warmth, attentiveness, and personal touch that really sets this place apart. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay, and the staff made the whole experience even more memorable.
A fantastic place to stay, with a great location, lovely accommodation, and truly outstanding hospitality. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Tivoli!

Very comfortable and in a great location with beautifully decorated rooms. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
The only reason for not giving a 10 was a slight issue with our arrival - we were told the room key would be in the door, but it wasn't so had to try and contact someone and wait half an hour for someone to arrive. We got upgraded to a higher level of room on our first night because of this which was lovely.
