The house is situated within a small farm.
A beatiful garden and excelent swimingpool. The owner have a policedog at the house. Is a rural house located at afife, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of portugal. Walking about 10 minutes through green fields and dunes you`ll reach the beach. Some of the beaches are nearly desert.
A very special thing in this house is that you can stay in the garden or the swimingpool where children can play safely.
Local eco-tourism, rural location also benefits from the village center 'Afife', permitting about 800mts, three cafes with outdoor terrace, a drugstore, an ATM, a supermarket and a casino party sites . Train station and bus stops within 800 meters, which connects north and south along the coast and coast for a distance of 20minutes makes stop in city center 'Viana Do Castelo,' appearing soon on the main road, facilitating access the most important points, without your car for short or long stay. In winter the place is sought for rest, walks and ease of travel for visiting the most important points and to enjoy the summer sun and beach.

We were in the villa for the month of June 2026. It is set in gorgeous gardens and is well situated for exploring this beautiful, relatively unspoiled area of Northern Portugal. The property itself is a 2 bedroomed apartment in the loft of a converted agricultural building? It is simply furnished in a traditional style, but some aspects of the property would benefit from modernisation, particularly the hot water system and some of the electrical sockets. The village of Afife is quiet and peaceful, apart from the almost continual barking of dogs in adjacent properties. However we have become aware that this is an issue in many parts of rural Europe. Off-street parking was specified as available, but when we asked where to park, we were told on the street. We were made very welcome by our host’s father and his wife who were accommodating, helpful and very lovely throughout our stay.

C'est un appartement au premier étage.
Il est situé au sein d'une propriété entièrement close; il faut se garer à l'extérieur.
Pour avoir accès aux deux beaux endroits réservés au repas extérieur et au barbecue,il faut descendre les escaliers .
Pensez à un budget laverie car il n'y a pas de lave linge.
Si vous avez le sommeil léger: boules" Quies" obligatoires, car les chiens avoisinants aboient non-stop nuit et jour.
La piscine est agréable et bien dimensionnée pour deux familles.
Le propriétaire est discret.
