We are thoughtful & experienced professional hosts. 4 Private Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom (Double bed) guests walk through to get into the Downstairs Main Bedroom, and 2 Full Bathrooms Completely renovated in 2019. You will enjoy 2050 sq. ft. of gathering spaces, tastefully decorated bed and bathrooms, a large outdoor deck and gas grill. This home is tailored to host group travel of all kinds... families, friends, and business trips.

Great!! We absolutely loved it! The host was so accommodating! The weather was terrible! He had the driveway and side walks completely cleaned. We left to go to a basketball game and when we came back the driveway and walks were done again!! Will definitely go back!!

We were very impressed with everything about this property - from how nice the house was, all the amenities that were were provided to how great the hosts were. We couldn’t have asked for more. An extra bonus was the swing set and playhouse in the backyard that our granddaughter enjoyed. Would definitely rent again!

house was delightful. lots of space and the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. we had a wonderful time.

A group of us ND alum were in town for a game and the house met all our needs. The location is super close to campus allowing us to walk to tailgating and the stadium. The house was supplied with everything we needed, comfy beds and soft towels! Would definitely recommend.

A group of us were in town for a convention and the house was very cozy and clean to be able to relax in when we were not at the convention center. It was also very close to restaurants and shopping for free time. We would definitely book again.

The experience was very good! There are two things to note: The shower rod would not stay in place, it fell at least ten times, frustrating! No window treatments in the kitchen?

Very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Check in/out instructions are simple and easy to follow. About a 10-15 minute walk to ND campus and athletic facilities. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to ND.

We were In South Bend for a family wedding. This home was perfect for our family. We had 9 people and were all comfortable. It was so great to all be together rather than separate hotel rooms.

We had the best weekend with our family for a Notre Dame football game and I can’t recommend this place enough. The location was perfect for a walk to campus and the space provided everything we needed for time with family. The house comfortably slept our whole crew and the backyard and basement were ideal for the kids. The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Go Irish!

We rented Wooded Estates with our family as we prepared to drop our son off at college. The location was fabulous - a very short walk to Eddy Street, the football stadium and campus. And the house was perfect! It was incredibly clean and fully stocked with coffee, cleaning supplies, fresh (and clean) white towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. The bed linens were very clean and were crisp cotton which we all appreciated as we slept well. Most of the rooms came with flat screen TVs. The owners made terrific use of the space of the house - from the outside it appeared small but on the inside there was lots of space and rooms. Moving your first into a college room is not always easy but when we returned every night it was super relaxing and comfortable. We cannot wait to rent it for game days! We highly recommend this property!

Our son was attending a baseball camp at the university & it only took us two minutes to get to and from campus each day. Our kids enjoyed the large front yard. The house was perfect for our family & very well equipped with everything we needed!

Quick bike to campus! Perfect for families!
We so enjoyed our long weekend in South Bend, facilitated by this fantastic rental. The house is deceptively small outside, with plenty of space for adults and children inside. The kitchen is well-appointed for cooking with knives, baking sheets, etc, but the real draw is the outdoor space. Propane grill, fire pit, sizable yard, cushioned deck furniture— great setup for great weather.
We loved the location too. Our family brought and/or rented bicycles and everyone, ages 3.5 to 70, could easily pedal to campus along flat sidewalks and across pedestrian-friendly intersections. Would stay there again!

Came to South Bend for a family wedding and had a wonderful stay. Especially appreciated the gorgeous neighborhood, soft beds, and stocked house—especially the coffee bar. Perfect stay.

This was the perfect home for any family! It is clean, spacious, cozy, and a great location! We will definitely be returning again when visiting Notre Dame! The owners were courteous and communicative. Wonderful experience!

Rented this property for an event at Notre Dame. Was within walking distance to ND. Went to the Morris Inn (on ND property) for breakfast-fantastic (recommend smoked salmon plate). After event walked back to property didn’t have to deal with parking or the crazy wait in all that traffic. So convenient.
The property was so nice. Beds super comfortable and quiet, sheets were like butter! They said the reverse osmosis was was ‘yummy’ and the funny thing was-it was. Water with no taste just refreshing (better than Morris Inn even!)
Couple issues/questions came up, property owners responded in seconds prior to rental and during. So nice. Highly recommend.
