Situated in Port Royal, this attractive house for $205 per night is a great choice for your next break. Looking for a coastal escape? This stylishly decorated, clean lovely home is centrally located to all that makes the Low Country great. Located only 2 miles from Parris Island, 4 miles from downtown historic Beaufort, 1 mile from the local Sands Beach, and walking distance to several shops & restaurants. Everything else in the area is a short drive away! Equipped with free WIFI - If you're working remotely or home schooling, you don't have to miss work or school!. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor. There is a convenient half bathroom on the first floor. The first floor living room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is amply stocked with all of the necessities to prepare a meal if you don't feel like going out. Centrally located to all the Low Country has to offer, this home is the perfect launching and landing pad to enjoy a well spent getaway! Please keep in mind before booking that this is an attached townhouse with full time residents all around and there is limited parking space for 2 vehicles. There is public parking on Paris Ave which is just a block away if you have more than 2 vehicles or a boat.

Location is excellent within walking distance for coffee shops, seafood, pizza, BBQ, Sands Beach. Central to surrounding Beaufort, Paris Island and Hunting Island State Park. Townhome was well stocked and clean with VERY comfortable beds. Highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay. We needed a place close to Parris Island and this location was perfect. The owner provided lots of amenities and the check-in process was easy. Bedrooms were large and beds were super comfy and clean. We also appreciated the in suite laundry area. Would highly recommend if you are staying in this area.

The place was adorable and perfect for our stay! Everything was so nice. I brought spices with me and didn’t even need to! The cupboards were supplied with plenty! There was coffee and filters to get us started so we left a can behind for the next folks! The beds were comfortable and the guide for what was available locally was very helpful! The host was prompt to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place!

This townhome is exactly as pictured. It is nice and cozy. It only has 1 television which is in the living room but that is not a big deal. Parris Island is only 2 miles away which makes for a convenient stay for anyone in town visiting for graduation.

Port Royal is such a quaint little town. The townhouse is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't hear any of the neighbors at all. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The location was just a short drive to the MCRD and a short walk to fabulous dining and the cypress wetlands park. We were so glad we chose this place to stay for our trip. It was perfect!

The condo was just what we needed for our short stay in Port Royal. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable!
The manager was very accommodating when we had to change the date! Due to travel time, we arrived around 11:00pm and it was hard to see what condo we were in as it was dark and there weren't any lights on.
We would definitely book again if in the area!

Wonderful Port Royal Experience
We absolutely loved this town home. From the furnishings to the cozy atmosphere this place was a true gem! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and even sent us an itinerary of the 4th of July festivities to take place that week! Super thoughtful! I would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I came down to check out the Beaufort area. This house was in a great location for that, plus a couple day trips to Charleston, Edisto island and many other neighboring areas we wanted to explore.
The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. We ate at two local restaurants and they were both amazing! And there's great trails with baby alligators in walking distance.
The house was super clean, very comfy beds, kitchen had everything I needed to cook up great local produce we found at the farmers market.
Btw if you're there on a Saturday morning go to the farmers market! Spanish moss all over, a sweet old man playing the guitar, lots of great food, its dreamy.
Loved everything about this house. Would definitely stay here again.

Most of the time we rent in the Downtown Beaufort area or Pigeons Point but we saw this listing and decided to try Port Royal. We absolutely loved it, quiet atmosphere and right on top of the Wetlands i absolutely love to walk around. My wife and I both agreed that in 18 years this was our favorite area to stay. Unit was great, Beds were fantastic too. The ONLY complaint and its minor is that the tub drain needs cleaned, wouldn't drain so we stood in water showering. I'm sure its clogged w hair of multiple visitors so its a easy fix. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back ourselves. The owner was prompt answering any questions we had as well through the entire process.
