First room wasn't comfortable for us, so the staff changed it for us and the second room was almost perfect.

it's really noisy from the street

V comfy room and although it was in a central location in a busy street, v quiet and serene at night. The atmospheric coloured lighting in the shower was a nice feature, and so was the free filtered water so we could top up our water bottles and avoid contributing to plastic pollution which is everywhere in Sicily. Delicious oranges and mandarins for breakfast from our hostess' garden were also a highlight.

Parking suggestion is terrible. Parking lot is expensive and irresponsible.

The Staff are all lovely and very welcoming. Room was excellent and very clean. Location was very central for getting getting to all the sights of Palermo.

If you are looking for quiet and peace on a vacation Palermo may not suit everyone.

The staff is lovely, the location is excellent. breakfast is great - they even made us a double espresso with milk. The bed was very comfortable.

the room we were in faces onto an inner courtyard with no natural light. Next time I will choose a room with a proper window as the only other place to sit is a dark area near reception.

We booked B&B Carella at the last minute as our flight was cancelled by an ATC strike and we had to arrange two more nights accommodation before our rearranged flight. The early checkin time (from 1130) was much appreciated as it meant we could walk from one place to the other and not have to have the bags with us for five hours or so. The B&B Carella is a wonderful place to stay that is in a central location, easy to get to any part of Palermo and beyond. Room was very comfortable, shower was excellent, and it was really quiet. Despite us only really booking because we needed to find somewhere very quickly, we feel really lucky that B&B Carella had a room available for us, and it was very reasonably priced considering the amount of people needing to book rooms due to the flight situation.

The staff is the best! Rosella is amazing!!! The rooms and bathrooms are big enough, the location is incredible (walking distance from all the main highlights!), the breakfast is generous, and they tried to help us with everything we needed!

B & B Carella's room was just like they promised. Everything was clean and comfy. Sweet breakfast was better than we expected. The whole Staff was so nice and helpfull if needed. Perfect location for us; walking distance for many main attractions and restaurants, car rentals and bus-stops nearby. We spend a great 10 day holiday in Palermo! Very nice rooms, good breakfast and great staff.

The breakfast food choices were limited and most of them were sweet.. the bread was mass produced sliced and I would have really enjoyed fresh bread. This is just my personal preference. Coffee and service were fabulous

the location is just awesome to walk everywhere. the house is decorated with a lot of love to the detail and the breakfast is just awesome. Alberto and the rest of the team are very gentle and helpful people. we would always go for this place in the future

the location is very convenient for staying in Palermo

Host was extremely helpful, especially as we had to check in late as our flight was delayed and leave early as our baggage had been lost.

the room was lovely and perfectly located for getting about, it was very clean and the hot tub was a lovely touch, the bed was comfy and you had everything you need, there was a great view of the bustling street. with a lovely little balcony. the staff were really friendly and informative which was great for a first visit to the island.

there was a lot of street noise but it is expected with the location and something we actually got used to and didn’t notice as much, it’s definitely a place that never sleeps 😁 the kitchen area was literally outside our door but would of been nice to have a little kettle in the room with a couple of cups

Perfect location, easy to walk to main attractions of the city. Nice room, clean, large, with a great bathtub.
