Fraude et insalubrité

Bonne localisation.

Lors de mon arrivée le matin, le propriétaire nous dit que mon petit de deux ans n'a pas été compté dans la réservation, par ma faute. Alors, nous choisissons de le laisser dormir chez ses cousins et procédons à la remise de clefs. Nous découvrons un endroit étrange: à peine caché derrière des portes et rideaux: bazard, débarras et propreté douteuse. Dans sa chambre, ma soeur reconnait une odeur de moisissure dans ses serviettes de bain. Dans notre chambre est aménagée d'un lit en hauteur qui semble avoir été cassé par le passé puis réparé ensuite. Moi qui devais dormir dans le lit en dessous décide (par précaution) de ne pas mettre ma tête directement en dessous au cas où le lit du dessus ne cède. Des tables et chaises sont entassées dans un coin de la pièce lui donnant un aspect de débarras. Le mini frigo fait un bruit assourdissant, et malgré la saison estivale très chaude, aucun ventilateur n'est mis à disposition. L'endroit est très mal insonorisé, les toilettes sont sales, et les installations de sécurité de base comme sorties de secours et indications sont obstrués voir inexistants. Lors de notre retour sur les lieux en fin de journée, l'homme nous dit qu'il peut accueillir mon petit mais que c'est illégal car il est en surnombre dans la résidence. Il nous annonce qu'il faudra lui régler 20€ supplémentaires à lui directement pour que la plateforme ne soit pas informée, mais qu'en revanche, il ne pourra pas accommoder de lit (malgré les frais supplémentaires qu'il nous réclame). Pour privilégier l'unicité de la famille nous acceptons. J'envoie un SMS pour lui demander si nous pouvons lui faire un virement, mais lorsque nous le re-croisons il me dit de ne surtout pas écrire celà noir sur blanc car il est dans l'illégalité. La nuit (chaotique) passe, et nous voyons beaucoup de monde entrer et sortir de la résidence.

The place is very disorganized. It wasn’t clean at all. The tiny corner with the WC in the room was still in construction.

It looks quite unsafe. There were a lot of problems with the electrical system. They aren’t proper insulation between the rooms, decent walls. You could absolutely everything

staff were good room was clean easy to find i have to say when building finished would be very nice also great because book at last minute the owner got room heated up

not disabled friendly is a working in progress had to pay extra 10 euros on top to have room in house studio is caravan outside and around back of building so to use toilet you would have to walk around building go through front door and as it was raining and freezing not a good thing to be doing

Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil. Notre hôte était disponible à l’écoute, ce qui est devenu rare aujourd’hui. Tout le confort était là et bien suffisant pour dormir et nous reviendrons. Je recommence cet établissement pour un lieu idéal.
