Great location, washing machine, responsive management

Apt was a bit run down, number of minor repairs needed including AC not working consistently

Excellent location, 2 min walk to the beach and to all good restaurants

beds were comfortable and location was fabulous. apartment was very clean.

Kitchen is not enough equiped : need kitchen towel, knives....some pan were dirty, Is quite broken also. Thé rest is ok.

The location was beach-perfect! The coffee machine delivered, nicely! Also… the air conditioning was a life saver!

Too many things in poor condition: The toilet lid-seat was broken (never a happy thing - least of all when it’s the only toilet to be used by 4 persons; the toaster cable was burnt and the side of the toaster had melted; there were kitchen closet doors, bathroom door frames, etc… with glaringly ugly damage - unbefitting of a place that claims to be properly kept! I’ve stayed in places around Cádiz like this - in the same area and for a very similar price - and been treated to facilities in far better condition. We wrote to the owners; they wrote back, promising a same-day technician, who’d come and put things right. No one ever showed up!

Very good and comfortable appartment. Easy to access. the beach is very close to the appartment also a huge range of restaurants and cafes nearby.
